how it works?
Aggrieved home buyer approaches The Logical Buyer and provides the summary of heir grivances against the developer. Our team analyze the issue and inform the home buyer about the possible outcome of the issue being resolved through Mediation and Consumer Forum.
If the buyer agree for mediation, our team will reach out to the developer.
We send a notice to the developer to resolve the grievance of the buyer through mediation.
Our mediators would try and find a win-win situation for both the parties.
Although we try our best to find a solution to the grievances, the ultimate decision to accept such offers lies with both the parties.
